Hi, I can't get data further back than 25th July 2016 for FXCM data even though the days to laod should give more than what the chart is showing. How do I get a 60-min chart back to 2009?

This is for every FXCM symbol, I’ve tried on each one but I can’t get any more data to load further back than 2016.
