I've been trying to figure this out for about 3 days and have not been able to figure out why it's like this.

Here's the scoop. I want to have a volume profile attach to a 5 bars or the trading week. So on Monday a vp starts and on Friday it ends. and then it creates a new one on monday.

If I make a daily historical chart all the bars even out for some reason (I added ss so you can understand what I mean by that)

Then If I make a daily intraday chart. It only goes to sunday-thursday and then friday's bar just doesn't exist. And then begins again with sunday. In the ss you can see wht I'm trying to emulate. :)

With the intraday chart the Friday bars aren't missing, the chart is giving you inaccurate dates along the X axis at the bottom.

ie: The Sunday bar you're seeing is actually Monday. The Thursday bar you're seeing is Friday.

Not sure why that happens but I see it too when constructing daily bars on intraday charts (either using 1 Day or 1440 mins). Not loading any weekend data so would expect Sunday's to be excluded.
