I'm having several annoying problems which started today. I use 3rd indicators from sceeto and they either are not loading correctly or not loading at all. I am also having trouble if I switch my chart from one time period to another (I actually use Delta Volume bars) - it loads up to 4% then stops and starts again repeatedly. I can sometimes get around that but when I do my Numbers bars studies are all messed up on the screen.
I upgraded to the latest version this morning and thought that was the problem so I rolled back to the prior version and no difference. After that I thoght I'd try my backup PC which has 967 on it and there is exactly the same problem there, which is totally baffling.

1. About the first problem with the sceeto indicators, you will need the latest sceeto DLL file. Please contact sceeto.

2. With the reloading, on the latest version, 969 you should not have this. There was one recent revision released, where this might have been a problem and it is resolved. So update with Help >> Download Current Version. If you still have a problem with reloading, then go to that chart and select Edit>> Delete All Data and Download to re-download the data.

Hello, the first thing I did before contacting you was to reinstall sceeto. I have now contacted them for advice but i don't think the fault is there. It's too much of a coincidence that the sceeto problems arose along with the data loading problem.
I have installed the latest version and deleted and reloaded the data but there is no change.

The problem is there have been some changes which requires an updated and recompiled sceeto DLL file which works with newer Sierra Chart versions. They should be aware of this.

We also realize now that this indirectly causes continuous reloading in some cases. If you were to remove the sceeto studies from your chart, you will not notice a reloading problem.
