Is there a way to change the color of all drawn horizontal lines easily without manually going through all of them?

There is not a way to change the color of multiple drawings at one time. You would have to go through each one and change it. You can use the "Manage Chart Drawings" window to help with the process, as you can select which drawings to show, then work through each one, line by line.
