Email Alerts Stopped Working

Hello Support team,

Hope you're doing well. I've been able to get my alerts via email using the built-in Alert section under General Settings. However, it seems to have stopped working today suddenly. I just updated it to the latest version as well, but it's still the same. I did a search and it looks like there was no thread about this before. These alerts are coming from a chartbook that I am running from a Sub Instance.

Under the Alert Manager log. It shows:

Type: Error
Source: Web service response
Alert Text: Alert message error: {"Error":"Invalid Get Request"}

I just checked the logs and you're right - it seems to have resolved itself last night around midnight ET.
