Hi, i made a mistake activating CME with Market Depth for non professional trading accounts #4 instead of the full CME Which includes CBOT & COMEX. Is it possible to change it? because I've activated it today! thanks. |

Unfortunately, the exchange do not give refunds, so there is nothing we can do about this. As soon as you activate the exchange, it is set. It looks like you have deactivated the one you did not want. If your current exchange selections are not what you want, then make sure you deactivate anything you do not want to renew next month, so you do not pay again on the first of June (the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis). Ok that's fine! Getting the full CME is a MUST should I activate it even though i can't get a refund? I normally trade CBOT. Thanks! |

We see that you have activated it. Your selections look good now, as the other exchanges you had activated will not renew on the first of next month.
