Urgent, My orders are not being sent to rithmic in my combine

This just started happening today. I submit and order. It shows up in SC but does not show up in Rithmic. The price was hit and the order did not execute. Also, once i enter the order, i get a message downloading historical data. When I cancel the order it still shows on the chart until i disconnect and reconnect to the service. Please help quickly because I cannot trade.

I forgot to mention that I did download and install the current version and it did not fix the problem.

I just tried it on another chart and the order was submitted correctly. It is only my main trading chart that is not submitting the order correctly. I hope there is a way to fix it easily without having to recreate the window from scratch because there are a lot of indicators and studies on the chart.

After you place an order look in the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see what it states. There should be information in there as to why it is not being sent to Rithmic.

Make sure that Trade Simulation Mode is disabled:

And that the correct Trade Account is selected:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

And it is also possible that Rithmic it is just simply not processing or acknowledging the order. We have seen that many times.

This is strictly a Rithmic server issue! Not with Sierra Chart. There is no further help we can provide.
