market depth not showing/dom

I've added a ss but it seems that I am only getting 1 display of price on my market depth and DOM. I've tried everything on "Not receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels" page but still nothing. Could it be due to rithimic data.

You are not setup to get any Market Depth data for the exchange that you have active for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can change your exchange selections at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just keep in mind that the exchanges are not pro-rated and do not give refunds, so you will not get anything back for exchanges you deactivate (they will just not renew on the first of next month) and you will pay the full amount for the month for any exchanges you activate, regardless of how much time is left in the month. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

Does that mean that I would need to switch to the 34$ option? Or what are my options.

It depends on what you need. If you need the Market Depth data for various symbols that are traded across at least 3 of the 4 exchanges that make up the CME Group, then you would be best off activating the $34.00 option for the "Full CME Group with Market Depth..." and deactivating the existing option of "Full CME Group...". But, if you just need Market Depth data for a few symbols, particularly if they are traded only on one exchange (such as ES and MES), then you should keep the current exchange and add the "CME with Market Depth...". That way, you will still have access to all the symbols of the CME Group, and you will get Market Depth data for any symbol that is on the CME exchange.
