Chart won't update to current live data

Hi, I closed down my sierra chart on Thursday May 11 to go on vacation. I opened it back up this morning and my charts won't update anything (time bars, volume, depth) beyond that time to show current data. I haven't changed anything on my charts since that time, so trying to figure out what I need to do for it to load current data? Thanks for the help! |

One of the issues is that you have not connected to your Live, Funded, Futures trading account in the past month to validate your "Non-Professional" standing. Your current "Verified Until" date is May 6, 2023. Take care of the above issue and let us know if you continue to have a problem.
