Good afternoon, I need help with the data, I have a delay of approximately 10 minutes.

I currently have package 11, renewed through December, and am paying for Denaly data.

I think it's because of the issue, connecting once a month, that I didn't.

Can you activate the service, and from now on I will take it into account about the monthly connection?

You are correct that the issue is that you have not connected your Sierra Chart to your live, funded, futures trading account within the last two months (your Verified Until date is currently April 22, 2023, which means that you last connected around March 22, 2023).

We can not override this for you. You have to make the connection in order to verify your trading account. This is a requirement of the CME Group. As soon as you make the connection, your "Verified Until" date will update and you will start getting the real-time data again.
