When I search for a specific stock "IBRX" in my example under "NASDAQ TotalView (Realtime NASDAQ/NYSE/AMEX Stocks) there are no results showing.

You can access the symbols now. There are periods of time overnight where you cannot, but we think we may have that problem resolved going forward as of now.
