Dear Mr.John I'm having serious Hard Disk issues with my present laptop Windows Operating System. Every time I restart the computer I have to Reinstall the Windows Operating System and the Sierra Charts as well. I want to discard this computer and move my Sierra account to another laptop. My Sierra Account includes Forex and US Equity Stocks (NASDAQ LIVE FEED) So how can I transfer my current account to another laptop without having to go through all the NASDAQ FEED form filling procedures and, without having to pay for the Activation Fees again which I have already paid for the Current Month of May. Dear Mr. John As soon as I receive a new Sierra Download link. I will totally uninstall Sierra from this present computer and shut down this laptop. thanks. |

You do not need to do anything in terms of your Sierra Chart account. Everything will stay the same. Just log into the Sierra Chart software using the same Account Name and Password as you did before and you will have the same capabilities.
