Why does this 30 minute chart show 15 minutes?

Are you referring to the starting time of the bars? If so, this is based upon the Session Times >> Start Time set in Chart >> Chart Settings. the bars are in 15 minute increments... ie, 930, 915, 845, etc.

How do you conclude that? It is kind of hard to determine this from the chart image, but it does not appear that way to us. What is your Start Time set to in Chart >> Chart Settings.
