Good day, the bar count down on my sierra chart is not working and the price is not moving. it seems as if the chart is not receiving live data feed.

What is the symbol for the chart? Also, since it looks like you are using the Delayed Streaming Data, you need to be aware that when you first download data, it will typically download to the current time. Therefore, you would have to wait 10 minutes for the delayed data to actually start flowing properly before everything is in sync. In other words, you hopefully are not having any issue as of this time.
