Does anyone know the commissions for Eminis/micros with AMP/Teton? The AMP all-in cost calculator does not include Teton yet. AMP customer support didnt know either...it should be same as CQG minus the 0.10 cents routing fee per side?

So mainly the difference is not having the CQG fees CQG MES 29 Trades (round trip): TOTAL COMMISSION & FEES 35.96 DR EXCHANGE 20.30 DR (.70) NFA 1.16 DR (.04) CLEARING. 7.54 DR (.26) CQG TRF 5.80 DR (.20) COMMISSION 1.16 DR (.04) 1.24 Per Trade (35.96 / 29) Teton MES 3 Trades (round trip): TOTAL COMMISSION & FEES 3.12 DR EXCHANGE 2.10 DR (.70) NFA 0.12 DR (.04) CLEARING TETON 0.78 DR (.26) COMMISSION 0.12 DR (.04) 1.04 Per Trade (3.12 / 3) |

Just double checking, wasn't it stated that there are no clearing fees for Teton? Because @gcUserStudies your statement shows "clearing Teton" -costs for AMP. And here are my AMP numbers for 21 MNQ trades: Exchange USD 14.70 DR NFA USD 0.84 DR Clearing Teton USD 5.46 DR Commission USD 0.84 DR Is that correct? I thought clearing was free? There are no fees for Teton order routing. AMP should not use that name in their billing.

I asked AMP why there is a clearing fee for Teton: Their response: ------- Sierra does not charge an order routing fee for Teton. What does this mean? CQG charges 0.10/contract per side. This fee is passed on to customers. On statements, it is listed as CQG TRF. There is no trade routing fee when trading through Teton. However, clearing is an AMP fee charged for clearing the trades. It is charged regardless of the provider that you are using. It is the same whether you are on CQG, Rithmic, TT or Teton. It is not tied to the trade routing service you use. ------- IS that accurate? I thought there is no clearing cost for them either? We asked AMP about why Teton is showing in the line item, and it is something they use internally to denote the clearing firm that was used for the account. The actual fee is not from us, it is a "Clearing Fee" that AMP applies.
