SC order fills not showing.

Hello. I am on Rithmic trading an evaluation account with topstep. I now can't see my order fills even though the option is checked.

I can see my order fills when I sign into my regular CQG trading account but not on Rithmic.

Any ideas?

You stated that you can only see the fills when connected to CQG. You will only be able to see the order fills for the selected trading account. When you are connected to your Rithmic account, you will not be able to see order fills (or orders) that are done with your CQG account, and vice versa.

You are not able to see the fills for the Rithmic account when logged into your Rithmic account?

Make sure you have the correct Trading Account selected on your Trade Window. Refer to the following:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

Yes it is correct and Topstep says it may be a limitation.

If the Order Fills are in the Trade Activity Log and if you have the correct account selected, then as long as you have gone through the items from Post #4, you should see the Order Fills.

Please do the following for us - find 1 order fill in your Trade Activity Log and tell us the Date/Time of that fill. Then, ensuring you have the order fills set to be displayed, scroll your chart to that date/time and take a screenshot for us by following these instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional)

One other thing to check is that the chart you are viewing this one does not have the option for Trade >> Only Orders from Chart enabled. If it is, turn this off.
