SC sierra chart exchange not specified when connecting to TopStep

I'd like to make sure that I have the correct data to connect to SC Rithmic Direct - DTC.

I have entered the correct credentials and can see the correct non Sim1 trading account but there is no ticking on the chart and I got a message that said "sierra chart exchange not specified".

Here are my active services.

I tried it again and it worked. I should have also been ready to try to translate the symbols to current service from the edit menu.

The problem sounds like a symbols issue. Translate them with Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service when the Chartbook is open.
