I accessed the footprint chart in Sierra Chart but I still cannot download data. I have attached a screenshot below. I don't know where I went wrong. Can you please assist me with this? |

We are not sure exactly why you are seeing what you are seeing, but a big part of the issue is that you are looking at the J contract for GC, which on March 31, 2023 had very little activity. Change that chart to the M contract first (select "Chart >> Perform Futures Symbol Rollover" and select the M contract). Then if you continue to have an issue, we can help from there.
