Hi,

I tried to chart FBTP and FOAT (Italian and French bonds) on the Eurex feed, but the SC Eurex feed cannot find them. I first tried to update the symbol settings from the server, but the symbols weren't listed in the symbol manager. I then just tried opening an intraday chart (BTP-201409-DTB), but Sierra Chart tries to download the data from Interactive Brokers. As I'm not subscribed to the data there, I don't receive any data.
Could you please look into this?

The symbols are available on the Sierra Chart EUREX feed.

We need to set up symbol mapping for them on Interactive Brokers but you can access them through the "SC Exchange Data" Service within Sierra Chart. These are the futures symbol prefixes:
II (Euro BTP Long Term)
FN (Euro OAT Long-Term )

Any idea when the symbol mapping for IB may be set up?
Thank you in advance.

The symbols have been set up now.

Restart Sierra Chart. You will now find in File >> Find Symbol >> Futures the following:

OAT-######-DTB-EUR-1000
BTP-######-DTB-EUR-1000

These are mapped to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

We are adding these symbols now for both CQG and Interactive Brokers.

You can see them by updating the symbol settings:

seems to be some missing data when viewing with 'Date Rule Rollover'. for instance between 3/08 and 3/30 (2017), and between 12/08 and 12/29 (2016)

Hi,

Could you please add the Eurex FOAT and FBTP futures to the Gain Capital/OEC symbol settings?

Thank you in advance

Can you tell us what the Gain Capital symbols are for these as you use them in their own trading software. Are they just FOAT and FBTP and the month and year code?

Thank you for your response.

Yes, it's just FOAT and FBTP with the month-letter and year. H, M, U and Z months trade for both products. Tick size for both is 0.01. Current contracts are FOATU8 and FBTPU8.

Thank you.

I saw you added the FOAT and FBTP to the Gain/OEC feed. Thank you!

But I am not receiving anu historical intraday data for the current contracts FBTPU8 and FOATU8. The downloads failed.
The intraday data for the M8 and H8 contracts worked fine and the daily historical data for the U8 also works, so I'm at a loss to what the issue could be.

Could you look into the intraday data for FBTPU8 and FOATU8 please?

Thank you.

Yes we know about this. That has to still be set up and we also need to do some reorganization of Gain Capital symbols. Just give us another couple of days. We apologize but this was more involved than expected.

This is now all complete.

Re-download all the data in the charts with incomplete historical data by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
