It is 10 times the actual price.

We have adjusted the Symbol Settings to correct this. Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings

After this apply them to that chart by following these instructions:

Hello,
Real-time price multiplier in global symbol settings seems not be the real problem.
If I reinstall sierra chart and open 5 mins chart of SPI200, the price becomes 0.1 times the actual one due to the multiplier setting of 0.1. For a new installation, the multiplier 1 is correct.

The 10 times price problem will occur again if I do the following process
1.Click "delete and download data" on the intraday chart and a red tag of "download failed" appeared.
2.Then switch to daily chart and the price becomes 10 times.

What we need you to do is update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Prerelease. There are changes which will correctly solve this problem.

CQG has made some price formatting changes which is the source of the problem. We had not realized that when we adjusted the multiplier.

After you update you will need to apply the new Symbol Settings to the chart following the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateChartSettingsSteps

if there is any problem with the existing historical data in the chart, you will need to delete it with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. However, you will not get any history.
