Is there a way to upload a symbol list to download data prior to needing it on a chart?

I subscribed to a website that has a stock screener. I’d like to be able to quickly plot a symbol on my chart and not wait for a download of intraday and daily data so I could quickly trade it if the screener showed a good setup pattern. Instead of adding a symbol one at a time to a chart, is there a way to add a list of 200+ symbols from a text or Excel file, so the data is downloaded prior to needing to see that data on a chart. Thank you.
