When i have multiple of the same charts up during replay, some seem to be at different times... is there a way to make it so all the charts run at the same time and speed?

As long as you select multiple charts for the replay using one of the options here: Replaying Charts: Charts to Replay And do not use the option for Skip Empty Periods: Replaying Charts: Skip Empty Periods Then you should be fine.
