Dear All,

I enter one contract ESM4 from the Sierra Chart Trading DOM at 1937.75 at 10.25am and the trade fill by the DOM than error show from the DOM that order disappear from the DOM than new order give on pop up from the DOM even I click the Flatten still can't help and I've to closed the order from Rithmic Trader order board and eventually my ESM4 show a loss from Rithmic Trader order board even the trade went on to my trading direction.

Your kindly response will be appreciate and I need a prove to cancel the order from the broker.

One thing that we have observed is that every time you have flattened the short position with a buy order, the position never went to 0 on the Rithmic system or they did not send an updated trade position with the quantity of 0. When there was an order fill, the position kept getting reset back to -1 because Rithmic did not send the new trade position.

From Trade Activity Log:

You will need to contact your broker and Rithmic about this. You can provide them the details of the Trade Activity Log. But you need to provide them that in a text format.
