not all charts updating live

Hi - On the chartbook I have open I am not getting all of the charts to update live. If I reload the charts that aren't updating, they wil draw up to that time, but not continue with live quotes. I have 3 charts in this chartbook: a 200 number of trades chart, and 2 intraday daily charts. At first the 200 number of trades chart was updating, and the dailies were not. I reloaded all and now the dailies are and the number of trades is not. I have copied and pasted the LOG here. The time and sales window is also behaving the same as the number of trades chart. I think I see what this is. These charts are not set to the new, updated date format.
