synchro time on charts

how do i sychro the time on charts? i have four charts in one chart book (the left side of the screen http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1402406804361.png ) and orderflow (the right side of the screen) and it shows different time. the left side is odd-numbered the right side even-numbered. why is that so? and how do i make it the same? Are you referring to the timescale at the bottom of the chart? Look at the time at the top line of the chart.
