How to check account activity for additional service balance?

Hello Support Team, where can I check payments/fees dispatched from my additional service balance? My balance is not matching my Market Data Feed Features and Exchanges Monthly Cost and I need to figure out the account activity. Thank you for your answer, Best, Chris |

I have package 3 and and use Transact/Sierra data feed charting ES. Is the CME fee, {I believe it's approx. $38/ month), automatically withdrawn from my available balance the first of each month?

The fees for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed are deducted at the beginning of the month. They are deducted against the Additional Services Balance, so make sure that is topped up sufficiently just before the end of the month.
