Hello,
I'm a AMP client and want to use sierra chart + cqg.

AMP told me that I must contact SC first and pay for the cqg data feeds directly with SC then SC will let AMP know I have paid them.
After this, the trade desk will build the feed for me.

Could you tell me how to do? Thank you.

This is no longer the case.

Sierra Chart supports the data feed direct from CQG.

You just need to have AMP set you up on the CQG system and then follow the set up instructions here:

SO AMP can built a cqg connection for me directly without any notice from SC?
I just need to log in SC with my SC package credentials and connect to cqg if I have an account provided by AMP, is it correct?

Hello,
AMP has built a CQG connection for me but it failed.
AMP is talking to CQG to see what is causing this.
Is there anything Sierra Chart can do?

This message indicates you are not enabled for the Sierra Chart application on the market data connection:
CQG Trading: Logon unsuccessful. Server message: Logon failed: Trader is not enabled to use SierraChart client application. Please contact your FCM. |

From the documentation for using Sierra Chart with CQG:
Make sure your broker has configured your CQG account with the following CQG Product Enablements:
Enablement = Private Label
FIX Connections = SierraChart (For trading)
Continuum Connect = SierraChartData (Only needed if using the market data feed from CQG)
