I'm starting this new post because the other one was a bit crowed. This is the forth day with no data on my sub-instance SC platform. I've tried your instructions but I'm no expert, very frustrating. I really think a 5 min or less phone support would correct this problem. thanks...

Hold the phone, all of a sudden everything's working, didn't do a thing . Must have been something on your end.
