Hi All, Study Settings and Inputs as well as Subgraphs have disappeared. I went to do a basic volume study update on a stock chart and there is no information there. I pressed the Apply Button (to see what would happen) and the Volume Study that was on the chart also disappeared. I have used Sierra Chart for years (decades?) and haven't seen anything like this. I can't seem to figure out what is causing it. Thanks! -Dan I have uploaded screenshots (the screenshot/image through Global Settings doesn't allow the issue to be shown) showing what the issue looks like. |

This is a Windows operating system problem . You need to restart Sierra Chart and if that does not help restart your computer.

Thanks for the quick response! I had restarted Sierra Chart but still had the issue. I forgot about restarting the computer (that used to fix a lot of issues). I just restarted the computer - but still have the issue. I checked for a windows update - updated and restarted. But the issue is still present. I guess I will wait for Microsoft to put out another update. |

UPDATE: I installed the previous version of Sierra Chart and that fixed the issue. |

We do not see how this relates to a particular Sierra Chart version. Using a different version must only be coincidental related to resolving the problem
