I just did the order allocation set up but it is only showing in my lead account, my order allocation is ON but it does not copy on the other accounts, what I should do in order to copy across accounts

Everything you are showing says that you should be having your orders copied to the other accounts.

When you say it is only showing in the "Lead Account", where are you seeing this?

If you place an order on a chart and then change the Account on the Trade Window to one of the accounts that has the trade copied to it - do you see the order on that chart?

I only see the order on the chart I place the order on, just that one but its not copying to the other accounts.

How do you know it is not copying to the other accounts?

Do you have another chart open for the same symbol with a different account chosen? Refer to the following for how to select the account used for a particular chart:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

Or have you looked at the Fills on the Trade Activity Log to see if the various Trade Accounts are showing the trades or not?

The trades are showing on the trading activity log and on every account graph, but they failed to show on the trade attached trade window, no DPL or bracket showing

The most reliable way to analyze this is to check that the orders you expect to be copied are actually getting copied to the other Trade Accounts, by looking at the Trade >> Trade Orders Window:

You can see each of the orders there.

If they are copied to the other accounts, then everything is fine.

Regarding Canceling All Orders...

4.Press the Cancel All button on the Trade Orders window to cancel the open/working orders.

5. You will receive a confirmation window. Press Yes to confirm. This confirmation window can be disabled with Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Display Confirmation for Order Cancellations through the Trade Orders Window.

When you are using the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts the confirmation window can not be turned off.
