Hello, I have been paying for real-time data for several months. To this day it still doesn't work. However, I did all the steps.
I ask you to check my sierra charts account to tell me if the problem comes from the platform or if I forgot something to do. If this is the case, I ask you to explain to me what I should do.
I'm counting on your help because I don't know what to do anymore and I wouldn't want to go to another platform.
