I'm using Sierra through TT Fix and a clearing firm's office. Everything works fine except for ICE data coming in. I reloaded the data and it deleted the last couple weeks price action except for today. I already have it set to the specific server R2000 Ind Mini-Jun14-ICE_IPE-A. What can I do to fix this? I did restart Sierra and that didn't work.

The problem is this symbol format with the -A at the end is not supported:
R2000 Ind Mini-Jun14-ICE_IPE-A.

We have to think about this. We are not to be able to deliver a fast solution for this.

This is going to require custom programming and we would rather not be doing that for one customer. And there are a lot of details involved in this.
