Hi I am trying to import some chart templates but as I try it says download failed symbol unknown even though I have a dome open with that symbol please point me in the right direction to solve this issue regards john |

Not sure if I explained myself correctly I have downloaded and saved chart templates From my trading forum to my computer and am trying to import Them into sierra but a message comes up in red saying download Failed and then in yellow it says symbol not found is there a correct way to import Chart templates so they populate the data Regards |

What is the file extension of these "templates". What you need to get from the trading forum is a Sierra Chart Chartbook. The file extension will be CHT. Hi yes the file attachment = file name crudeintraday.cht file size 1.675 KB it is from the private banker forum im not sure if you are familiar with it could you walk me through the procedure for getting the file into sierra sorry for the confusion i am used to marketdelta regards john |
