am inquiring if i make payments now for Denial feed data (FULL CME) AND PACKAGE 11 on 23th will i supposed to again at 1st feb again or when i pay now they account my month from there?

When you purchase usage time, whatever number of months you pay for will be added to your account and remain there. Nothing will change at the beginning of February regarding this. Exchange fees are billed month to month. You will have to pay in full for the exchange fee this month and again in full for the exchange fee in February.
