You are on Package 5, which gives you access to our Delayed Streaming data for the CME Group, CFE, EUREX, and NASDAQ TotalView data. You also get Market Depth data for the CME Group, CFE, and EUREX (the NASDAQ TotalView does not allow Market Depth information unless it is paid for).
