Continuous contracts and CTS- missing for some symbols

Having problems with contract joining using CTS. seems like problems with volume and date based. I have not tried to do yearly, quarterly or monthly charts since the CTS symbol shakeup, so i don't know if this ever worked. Running 1143. YM, NQ, TF, and SB (ICE sugar) YMM14/YM.20140600.CME_E [CBV] Yearly #5: Date based rollover rule not defined for symbol. You need to update the symbol settings by following the instructions here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings After that you need to go to each chart that is giving this message: Date based rollover rule not defined for symbol. Unable to build continuous futures contract chart.
And select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate. For this symbol: SB.20140700.ICE_CO Open a new chart through File >> Find Symbol. Thank you, this resolved the problem. The Historical Chart Symbol was blank on the broken symbols. update from server fixed it.
