I thought I had the correct package to receive NQ data but I'm not getting it. My ES data is fine. Could you take a quick look at my account to see if there is something else I need to purchase? Thanks so much.

You are setup to get the data from all 4 of the CME Group exchanges. Therefore, you should not have any issue with the NQ.

What exactly are you seeing? Are you not getting any data? Is it delayed? What trading service are you connected to and what is the exact symbol you have entered for the NQ chart?

Well I feel like an idiot. I had the wrong symbol. I've corrected it and all is good now. Thanks so much.
