I have the advanced level which says I'm entitled to TPO, but when I try the chart closes. I tried 4 times.

What exactly occurs. The chart should never "close" or the system crash. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
