Refer to the following setting: Chart Settings: Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

Also, make sure that Chart > Chart Settings > Market Depth > Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Other Market Data Columns is set to "Yes".
