Hi, I use SC with IB for equities, since symbol format is different between each other I just thought if it is possible to define a single global new symbol with symbol patterns like "~-NQTV" and define its settings by assigning "~-STK-ISLAND-USD" for trade/quote symbol and do the similar for other fields like SC Data Symbol and Historical one. Then finally enabling "Use Pattern Matching" settings. I thought this could provide me to automatically find a corresponding symbol with its IB correspondent, but that doesn't work. 1 - Is this possible? 2 - If not, is there any way either ready to use or a custom study to assign IB symbol value as "Trade/Quote Symbol" for any symbol I traverse with an Associated list. |

                1. We would have to do testing to see if this would work. We are not sure. 2. Yes you can set the Trade and Current Quote Symbol with this ACSIL variable: ACSIL Interface Members - Variables and Arrays: sc.TradeAndCurrentQuoteSymbol Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Could you please confirm if step 1 works?

When we can. This involves detailed analysis and debugging. It is not something we can do right now.
