Hi Support, Can you please tell me what I need to do to get my market depth back on my DOM. Thank you for your time and any help you can provide. |

You need to activate an exchange that includes the Market Depth data. Right now you have the following exchange activated: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts Which does not include Market Depth. You can make changes at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you just need market depth data for a few instruments, then you may be best served to keep the above exchange active and add the individual exchanges within the CME Group for which you need Market Depth (for instance, the CME with Market Depth, or the CBOT with Market Depth). But, once you get to where you need 3 of the individual CME Group Exchanges, then you should activate the Full CME Group with Market Depth as you get all 4 exchanges for the price of 3.
