(with google translate)
Hello,
After several months of absence, I try to reconnect to my account. :,-(
I follow the eurex (DAX30 or STOXX 50) with CQG for the feed and the AMP futures for the broker.
I saw that there had been a change during the year 2022 on data flows but, despite a lot of lost time, I can't find access to my trading interface.
In PJ, the messages displayed on the screen.
(this is the same for the March 2023 contracts, in particular the message in red).
Can you help me by telling me the procedure to follow in the software (the part of the menu?) or the procedure to follow outside the software (change of flow, broker, or other).
Simply orient me so that I understand the structure of the problem.

Sorry for this request which is probably the thousandth for you.
I tried to understand but the complexity of IT and trading combined, all in a foreign language, made it very difficult for me.
Thank you
Best regards.
Patrick Morin

For real-time and historical EUREX data when using CQG activate the EUREX exchange here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedEUREX

You do not have to pay any EUREX exchange fees through your broker. Cancel those. You just pay the EUREX exchange fee through Sierra Chart only.

Once the exchange is active. Restart Sierra Chart and:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

You also need to roll over the symbol in your charts to the current futures contract:

Would a Teton user thru Stage 5 be able to connect and trade with this Denali Eurex feed?

The Teton Order Routing Service only works for the CME Group exchange. But, you can still use Stage 5 to trade EUREX by having them set your account to use CQG for EUREX.

If you also want to trade the CME Group using the Teton Order Routing Service, then you would have two separate accounts, one for the CME Group with the Teton Order Routing Service and the other for the EUREX with CQG.

You would then want to have two different installations of Sierra Chart in order to keep the two accounts separate. Refer to the following:

Would I be able to use the second broker in another instance concurrently?
