I am looking for some clarity on this issue. I use to have my live data fed through Dorman & used that CTS live data to power my charts on Sierra. I have package 11+ and just 2 weeks ago it seem that CTS data was not compatible anymore. With the help of yourselves & someone from your data department (I think) reached out I have moved into the Denali feed and it powers all my charts/live data. This is my question. I have funds at AMP (wired small today to top up) and will have the statement to prove Dec 29th 2022. I am not a professional but I do not trade as actively as before. My business is consulting & creating algorithms using futures products (ones I subscribe to) plus advise/mentor many traders. My issue is if i have to trade through AMP am I not doubling up on fees? Do I need a separate set of credentials from AMP (another platform?) to do a trade? does this not defeat the purpose? Also, when Jan 1st comes along and if my statement says "0" trades do I get charged pro fees? Also, how do I prove I have my funded account at AMP to you? I don't want to log in January when trading starts and not have live data becasue of some clerical issue (this will kill me). I am trying to make sure no issues for the coming start of the year so any insight/help would be greatly appreciated. |

In general, you just need to connect your Sierra Chart system to your AMP account once a month in order to verify your account and continue to be approved for the non-professional status. AMP should have you setup with CQG for your Order Routing, in which case you follow the instructions at the following link to connect to your trading account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions You will need to make this connection prior to December 31, 2022 as that is when your current verification date ends. You can view your verification date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you trade through AMP with your Sierra Chart, then you can just stay connected to your CQG account, in which case you would not need to think about connecting once a month, as your verification date will constantly update as you are connected. The only place where you may be doubling fees is if you are paying for CQG data. If you are doing your trading through Sierra Chart and are not using a separate system, then you do not need the CQG data and you should let AMP know this. But, if you do have another system that requires that data, then you will have to pay for the data twice. Alright. I have logged into my AMP account through Sierra via my CQG credentials. i am not sure if you can see on your end. Do I need to trade to prove? Do you need a monthly statement to prove? I have set up the CQG as order route only - My data comes from Denali. I prefer to have all my charts powered mainly on Denlia data rather then my link to CQG - AMP. I just need to know what I need to do to prove that I am not a professional and you can see/confirm that. AsI am connected now does that confirm? Thanking you in advance |

We see that your Verified Until date has updated and is now set to January 28, 2023. You can view this at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges You are good to continue to get the real-time data from our Denali feed through January 28, 2023. Quick question - Do I need to trade/make a trade? Or just logging in proves or confirms the requirements? I have logged in to my live AMP to prove that its current but wondering if more needed. Sorry to bother with stupid questions

You just need to login to your trading account for a few seconds. Nothing else needs to be done.
