Connection problem with AMP/TTNet

Two or three hours ago I lost the data connection to AMP/TTNet.

The AMP Trade Desk reports no limitations on my account.

AMP Technical Support reports one other customer with a similar issue, so "it may be a server issue"; therefore, the manager will be looking into this tomorrow morning.

Yes. But you gotta kinda feel sorry for those front-line technical support people. Nice people. The rep probably only has authority to notify his manager. And his manager works day shift. So, he's leary about calling his manager at home, unless it's some kind of "emergency". And he's probably not trained well enough to know what constitutes an emergency. So, I didn't even try to press the issue . . .
