Hello, I use CQG for the order routing service and i have denali live data feed and i cannot trade. Just enabled my account again in AMP, after my recent funding, and i have selected Sierra Chart CQG denali (no data order routing only) for the re activation of the process. What exactly is occurring when you try to place a trade? Is there anything in the Trade >> Trade Service Log that may explain why you are having an issue?

Actually, I have a black screen on the charts, not showing me the charts or any other data, and there is a message saying that real data is only available with siera chart data. spoke with Amp several times and they claim that the problem is at your end. i did switch to sierra chart data and it was indeed showing everything. it is very odd and no explanation can be given. My seeting are correct. i am trading on FUSMesh23. |
