Market depth problem with Brent (COIL), Russell 2000-mini (TF) from IB

I'm currently receiving Level I only quotes for the contracts. There have been no problems with receiving the market depth until now. Does that have something to do with SC or IB? Does anyone else have the same issue (IB customers)? Thanks.
