Using Package 5 Draw Volume Profile with ATCharts

I upgraded to package 5 in order to use the draw volume profile tool with Sierra Chart through Infinity (TransAct). In the tools menu, the draw volume profile is disabled. How do I get it enabled?

This user also has their own paid Sierra Chart account. Do the following: Exit from Sierra Chart that is currently running which you use with TransAct. Go to this folder: C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA\ on your system. Run the SierraChart.exe file. You will want to set up a shortcut on your desktop to this file. Log into Sierra Chart with the same Account Name and Password you have used on this Support Board. Here are the instructions: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/LoginInstructions.php#DifferentAccountName You will then be on package 5. You should not have Infinity AT start Sierra Chart. To avoid this it may be best to install another copy of Sierra Chart and copy your files over to it.
