CQG API + Integrated Standard(10) - Trouble with CME live, historical data

Forgive me if I would rather not spend more hours trying to figure out this mess. Maybe I am missing something. Some help would certainly be appreciated. Opened account with AMP, purchased CQG CME data. Opened Sierra Charts with an account I opened last month for a trial, and added CQG credentials from email. Also purchased integrated standard subscription from SC, as I thought it was needed in order to use CQG data. When opening nasdaq 100 mini or micro with CQG data, nothing loads. When I select SC data, everything loads with a 10 min delay. Please let me know what other info would help solve this problem. Thank you very much!

please disregard this message. I read more into this and found that I needed to sign agreements and activate Denali feed, which was integrated with CQG. So CME data is through Denali and trading is through CQG. I also had to make sure I selected proper exchange data. I appreciate the note about CQG data fees. I will have to re-configure the account to trading only (no data), since it must come from Denali on versions 2394 and up. All info for setup was available, I just wasn't able to find it right away.
