Hello.

I want put a copy of SC on an Google Cloud server for backtesting only.

I prefer not to use my main trading account/login/password for this.

Can I move a copy of my SC to the server with all the configs, charts, data, etc and login with a new account?
What's the best approach?

Thank you!

Just to make sure you are aware - in order to have another account you will have to pay for the second account.

In terms of moving the information, refer to the following:

Understood about the paid account and the new installation, thank you.

I wanted to confirm. The new account does not need to be connected to a broker. I can use the new account to connect to SC historic data services and/or use my data files that I downloaded from the live broker account to run the backtest within SC?

You would be best served to get the data using the Delayed Streaming Data, which is what you would get by default. Although if your main instance is not running, the other system will be able to get the real-time data. Or, you can pay a second exchange fee in order to get the real-time data to both systems at the same time.
