Hello, Untill yesterday it was everything fine but today i am stuck on Waiting to DOwnload Historical Data. I tried the articles from your support page and did the steps, but without any improvement. Charts are stuck in this sttate for last 1h, even after restart or so. Please advise |

We see you are using Rithmic. Complete the market data agreements and activate the exchanges you require here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliCME After that restart Sierra Chart and then: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". About completing market data agreements... How can i complete them ? i dont have funded account on my own i trade under Apex. With this setup as Apex funded account, Rithmic datafeed and SierraChart package 11 it worked for past year for me without issues. IT worked monday,tuesday, wednesday and suddenly there is need for something new ? I placed the APex account info in subscriber agreement. Thats all i can do, if there is something else please advise what to do. Since it worked for 10 months without issues its strange to me you stop me like that... |
